Maintenance Lead

You are a hard worker who likes to be a part of something bigger! You are an experienced leadership, have excellent people skills and understand the importance of creating a memorable customer experience. You are reliable, patient and excel at juggling things when it gets busy without sacrificing service. Jumping in and lending a hand when needed is not a problem for you, you know it takes a team, and you know you are valued for your contribution!

Job Overview:

Whether you are coordinating daily maintenance operations or leading and training team members, you will be involve in the RV resort for all guests and coworkers to enjoy.   This will include:

  • Excellent oral and writing communication.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities.  
  • Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth service and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of venue throughout service.

Requirements:  

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, small engines, onsite building upkeep and farm equipment.
  • Computer skills.
  • Time Management skills and prioritizing.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Preventative management programing.
  • Attention to detail.
